Saint Kitts and Nevis Citizenship by Investment
Sustainable Island State Contribution (SISC): USD 250,000 flat non-refundable contribution covering a single applicant or a family of up to four, under the Saint Christopher and Nevis Citizenship Act 1984
Additional dependents under SISC: USD 25,000 per dependent under 18, USD 50,000 per dependent aged 18 and older

Saint Kitts and Nevis citizenship by investment is the world's oldest CBI program, established in 1984 under the Saint Christopher and Nevis Citizenship Act. Eligible applicants obtain dual citizenship and a passport in approximately 4 to 6 months through the Sustainable Island State Contribution (SISC), with a flat USD 250,000 non-refundable contribution covering a single applicant or a family of up to four. Real estate options start at USD 325,000 in approved share investments. From April 14, 2026, biometric capture is mandatory for all new applicants at the pre-approval stage.
Saint Kitts and Nevis combines zero personal income, capital gains, inheritance, and wealth tax with visa-free access to approximately 150 countries including the United Kingdom and the Schengen Area. The Citizenship by Investment Unit (CIU) administers all applications via government-licensed agents.
